Both bring a wealth of experience to Libero AI, having spent decades working extensively in heavy industries helping corporations and government entities implement advanced technological solutions.
Their early advocacy for Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and sophisticated data visualisation techniques positions them uniquely to guide businesses beyond the experimentation stage, delivering integrated AI solutions that produce tangible results.
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Richard Marshall
(BE, MBA)
Richard is a principal consultant with extensive experience in applying AI to solve real-world challenges to the mining sector.
Since 2014, he has championed the use of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced data visualisation to contextualise quantitative data, unlocking new insights and automation opportunities within research and development, industrial maintenance, and safety/risk management. Richard was an early advocate for these technologies and has a track record of successfully implementing them.
He has led the start-up, operation, and sale of Relialytics Pty Ltd, a company specialising in automated analysis of equipment condition monitoring data, enabling proactive identification and resolution of potential failures.
With 28 years in the minerals industry across Australia and Africa, Richard brings a wealth of practical engineering and project management expertise to the integration of AI in mining operations.

Annette Henry

Annette Henry is a visionary leader and accomplished entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in the technology sector.
As Director of Libero AI, she harnesses generative AI to transform businesses across industries. Her expertise lies in creating integrated solutions that unite systems, data, people, and processes, driving valuable insights for strategic and operational decision-making.

Annette's career highlights include leadership roles as Executive General Manager at COSOL and CEO of Clarita Solutions, where she positioned the company as a leader in asset information ecosystems for asset-intensive industries and successfully orchestrated its acquisition by COSOL.
Annette's entrepreneurial journey began when she co-founded Eos Solutions in 1996, growing it into a prominent IBM Premier Business Partner before its acquisition by Certus Solutions.
Annette excels in fostering high-performing teams, building strategic partnerships, and driving innovation in digital asset management and AI-driven solutions.​​​​​​
